Texas People's Choice Awards
on Friday August 20. They
won $500, a huge trophy,
tickets to next year's event

Workshop
This Weekend!
"OCEAN" VEIL
CHOREOGRAPHY" + "ZAGHAREET"
ZAR CHOREOGRAPHY", Sunday
August 29, 2010, 1:00pm-5:00pm
Sa'diyya
took home 1st runner up at the
Bellydancer of the Universe
2005 competition with this
moving choreography. Come
learn an artistic and
emotional veil dance followed
by a zar-fusion choreography
that will take both your
breath away, as well as the
audience's. This class is for
students who have experience
with using a veil. Also, there
will be rigorous torso and
head movements, so if you have
any concerns about that, or
any past injuries in your back
or neck, this is not the dance
for you. Sa'diyya will
properly warm up all attendees
to prepare for this dance. The
temperature of the studio will
be between 75 and 80 degrees
in order to keep muscles warm.
Please bring plenty of water
and a towel for sweat.
