TURKEY TONE-UP WORKSHOP!
Are you ready to jump-start your dance and fitness New Year's resolutions?! Then make sure you're at the post-holiday TURKEY TONE-UP workshop on Sunday January 6, 2019!!! Sa'diyya and Sarafina will lead you through dance drills and exercises that will help you achieve your goals. First, Sa'diyya will teach SLOW & STRONG dance combos that will demand intentional movement and strength from you. Then she will close her portion of the workshop with her daily stretch routine, specifically designed for bellydancers. Sarafina will take the reins for the second half of this workshop and take you on a CARDIO RIDE! She will teach you challenging cardio dance combos to get your blood pumping and increase your stamina. Sarafina, a certified personal trainer, will also teach body-weight exercises you can do in your own living room! You will leave this intense 3 hour workshop with the tools you need to start your New Year off RIGHT!
