For all levels of Bellydance students! Come refresh your technique skills with thorough, detailed instruction from Sa'diyya. Students will gain a head to toe refresher on basic Bellydance technique, followed by drills that will make you sweat! Along the way, 10 Things to Practice Everyday will be covered. These include technique drills, creativity exercises, improvisational exercises, inspirational sources and more! Sa'diyya will also offer tips for you to create/personalize your own training regimen! Bring a notepad and pen.
